I cancelled all other sports to not injure myself...if I get injured kiting I accept it. But not from any other sport.
I sold my motorcycle cause of that. It was a very nice hobby btw. I had a dream to own a 1000CC super naked. Not anymore.
Maybe I'm getting old?
Maybe I'm getting a coward?
Maybe I'm getting smart and experienced?
I don't know. But I do assume risks with kite, only kite. Make progress is the key to keep motivated.

No it isn't. But at the same time that doesnt beat an epic mountain bike either.
When I have epic conditions with buddies those are the best days. It doesnt matter if its boosting to the moon off a wave lip, riding a monster wave, blasting high speed on the foil charging down a gnarly mountain track or ripping sand dunes in the kite buggy. Each on their day is truly fantastic!
Except for flat water.... thats only fun for 15mins... sorry Toby. I dont feel your stoke!...
