Til Eberle ffs the man who didn't want North to engage in kitesurfing in the first place.
This is a catastrophic blunder of epic proportions imv, as usual, corporate ego's clashing and screwing a totally niche market with their bean counters..

So funny. I've been on North gear for 12 years now and have never heard of this guy. Now, all of a sudden, we see 25 completely staged photos of him surveying all the equipment with his duotone shirt on, acting like he designed it all. Does this guy even kite?

It's funny how brands and marketing play tricks on us.
I saw kiting for the first time in a time and place where pretty much everthing was North, Cabrinha and Naish. And now those are the brands that I buy.
Now I have mainly North kites, but I don't see myself buying Duotone's. I foresee my next kites to be Naish, in spite of the infamous Octopus.

Sorry I am not buying a kite with the duotone name on it. I read the interview and they somehow they talked themselves into it being a good name. It is bad marketing. The name is clunky and lame. Nobody knows how to pronounce it. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner. I have been a loyal North kiter since I bought my first Vegas in 06.

Duotone name its better...i never liked North..when i think North i feel cold and no kite spot ...North its more Mountain ...Duotone its more Hot..warm water ...beach ...hot girls..Duotone better

He's super passionate about kiting and is the reason you have all the Rebel's Neo's and Vegas's to play with now. He's a very hands-on guy when it comes to Boards and More, and he kites whenever he can too, pretty handy in the waves...
