And what's the point of making a super light 6 or 8m? It takes at least 12k to get going with those sizes on a hydrofoil (20+ on a TT).

Smart looking kite with a nice new approach on canopy tensioning. I'll be sticking with my 15m Flysurfer though.

If the centre of the V2 bridle is set to the "Freestyle" setting (which opens up the canopy) you get stacks more power and low end but turning speed is slower of course. Takes 10 seconds to change.

The first time I did this I was astonished because instead of the typical industry bullshit it really worked very well!

So now if you can fix the over-cooked spaghetti they use for a leading edge, you'll be sweet. Oh and I forgot the flapping, fix that too.

I don't know , depends on the size of your foil wing and if you like to fly the smallest kite possible. It can't be bad for responsiveness. I wouldn't TT on an ultra anyway.

No flapping that I've experienced.

My ozone Hyperlink9m UL weighs 1565g ... bridles, mixer included

Still heavy compared with BRM Cloud D (~30-50% more). The 8.0 D_0 (1.65kg) is the same weight as a 5m Ultra 2 and the 8.0m D_1 (1.90kg) (one strut version) is the same weight as the 6m Ultra 2.

4m Uno2 weighs 1.3kg which is also light (and much cheaper!) compared with the Ultra2 4m at 1.48kg (BRM Cloud D 3.7 is 1.1kg for comparison)
