Blossoming KB'er in PNW

Hi all,
I am learning here in the Pacific Northwest (Washington state). I hope to make KB pals to play with on this forum. I am considering heading to Texas to practice there when this season is over. I'm kind of struggling as mother nature has not brought the wind on my days on the water, however, I am in it for the long haul. If anyone has any suggestions on Texas places or schools, I'd appreciate the knowledge. I will be in San Antonio so somewhere near Corpus would be closest.
