I think these are to compensate for possible future line stretch issues should you have them.
I think also if you run a low vee, they can be used to compensate for the increase in length for the front lines. At least that was my assumption.

So it is commen that the lines could be stretched up to 30cm? This is quite a bit...

last but not least: The bar comes with a stopper as usual. Here I can find at the end of the part where the stopper is mounted there is a velcro strip (fasteneer) attached. What is it for? It seems that I can fix something at this point but what?!

When you depower the powerlines, you can attach the leftover line to that velcro.

the fifth line handle also attaches to that velcro if in use ! I use it for low winds for my Mono 12 and it ends up there.

I think if you look at the end of your lines you'll see that the last bit is a short removable section. If you had issues with line stretch you would potentially change this end section for one of different length, I think the options change by 5cm so you're talking about 5cm of line stretch not 30cm. Or something like that. I don't have a click bar any more...

no, lines do not stretch or shrink by that much.

Good topic, just got my new rebel 11m 2018.
Question: can i remove the V Lock to have an open V (handy for self land) or do i need it with the Rebel?

The rebel likes the high ver.
You can pull on the red line, if that is on the wrong side for your normal landing swap it.
Or walk up the gray line to the vee and use the gray line
Or walk up both lines all the way to the kite
