I have a few twin tips I'd like to sell however I've never shipped before.
Any advise on how to pack...needing good protection yet wanting to keep shipping costs low.
Also...any idea what shipping costs could be (USPS) within Continental US.
I'm in Texas so distance to either Coast is similar.

Go to a local motorcycle dealership and get some rim protector that new wheels are shipped with. Use this to protect the rails which are what is most damaged during shipping. I have stacks of it from when I raced bikes and always use it when traveling with my gear.
