Hi,
It's a long shot, but..
Found a GoPro Hero 3+ (looks like silver edition) at Flag Beach (Corralejo) Fuerteventura. Full SD card with different vacation videos.
Unfortunately the date stamp on the videos is incorrect, states January 2013, so it is not possible to find out when exactly the gopro was lost.
On the last video i can see how it was lost while a guy was kitesurfing.

PM me if you can answer questions about what on the card (or if you have your camera's serial number, a part of it will be enough), will see how i can return it to you.
