The top riders don’t need to submit videos, they are pre qualified.
Nick will have some prototypes to use for KOTA...he will attend for sure.

I assume Nick will have some prototypes to use for KOTA...
Do you know what the KOTA regulations are? Does it need to be (registered) production equipment like IKA/TT:R, etc.? Thanks
Asking as I remeber he won KOTA with a standard off-the-shelf SB.

What brands have Pat Goodman and Mike Raper been affiliated with before?
Which kites have they developed?
Are there other interesting design names in the new North team?
They both came from Cabrinha.

They both developed big crap as Cabrinha. Success came to them from NP marketing which is or was very strong.
It is a pity that new North brand gets into the same vessel. Or may be that guys struck new ideas? Then interesting!!

Cabrinha is one of the top brands worldwide.
With just crap they wouldn't be in this position.

Disagree. Cabrinha makes fantastic kites, never had any issues and they are great designs

But I am sure they would call it 2020 products...not 2019...imagine everyone releases the 2020 gear next year and only North 2019. Wouldn’t make sense.
But, from psychological view I assume they say now 2019...
I think some brands should stop naming their products by year as it is misleading for many, making them believe they are getting something ahead of time whereas it is the exact contrary. A product actually released in 2019 will always be "newer" than one released in 2018 call it 2019 if you like, it's just marketing bullshit.
