Yeah just send an email they are quite responsive and as said above I dont expect them to be hard on a clip! Maybe ask for some back ups once you are busy

Woo got back to me next day, they are being very helpful, great support!

Today I lost the lock clip of my Woo3 mount. After Some calls to local shops I heard that woo stopped selling to other dealers, they only sell direct now but they got no accessories for sale any more so i am not able to mount my Woo anymore.
Together with the no-firmwares and the price drop of the Woo I suspect it is not going well with them?
they burned their dealer channel with the discounted woo3 and then again with the discounted online price of $169 from $250. from what i saw they left their shops stuck with woo2 and then dumped the woo3 on the market and f'ed them all. hard to see your woo stock when woo is selling them direct for cheaper than you could buy them for at wholesale.
