The 2019 Duotone Click Bar is the future of control. It represents the innovations of the past and sets the stage for our future developments. Once you've tried it, you won’t want to use anything else!
The Click Bar stands strong as the only bar on the market that trims via the back line, not the front. Less is more with the Trim Unit, with effortless depower at the flick of a switch.
Our innovative technology allows you to comfortably trim your kite as you ride and in situations you never thought possible. It won’t impact speed, your body position, your line or upwind status. Why not give it a click through a bottom turn? It’s that easy. Your ride, your way.

The 2019 Duotone Click Bar S and M have a smart finish and performance features that take care of the smaller details.

- One depower line.

DESIGNER INTERVIEW

Duotone 3.jpg

Celebrating its third year under the new flag of Duotone, we thought it was a good time to look back on the history of the Click Bar and speak with designer Aurelien “Lou” Mierswa, who has been leading the process since the Click Bar concept landed on his desk back in 2016.

As far as design and performance goes, the Click Bar is unrivalled. Every ergonomic and practical use has been considered and its adjustability, fuss-free usage and clean interface are just a few of the many incredible features. Everything is modular and replaceable so it’s a bar for life, rather than just another bit of kit.

Think the link to Lou's interview/history of the Click bar isn't quite right. Try this if you're interested... https://www.duotonesports.com/kiteboard ... he-design/

Personally I think Lou is an undersung hero at Duotone. Much of the detail of what makes Duotone work, from the design of the Iron Hearts to the backwards compatibility of most of our lines to continually researching what comes next (and much more) comes from his pretty little head.

Haha was thinking the same...once you started claiming the "best" bar why not spec up the lines while you are at it, quality wise you guys are way behind!

The click bar is patented so it can't be stol.....borro.... etc...

THIS.

North/Duotone lines on the Click Bar suck. Love the bar, but man those are probably the worst lines I've had. Really easy to stretch and no adjustments can be made other than swapping pigtails.
(my only gripe)

After this year I'm going to send the bar to Kiteboarding.com and have them redo the bar with better lines.

It's quite a different design and they came to market in the same period the clickbar was introduced...don't make guestimates...
