SURF 8 & 12 for the waves. RENEGADE 6.5 and 9 for all around kiting. And some times I use my son's JUNIOR PRO 4 when it blows 45+ for the waves.

Yes very lucky. I missed the motor by few feet. Then I realized it was my friend's boat when I got to the beach.
The next day the wind died so we used his boat and went fishing. This is when I told him about the accident. I end up swimming back home

So people learn from my mistakes Mr.Knyfe.
But like Toby said people love seeing crashes.
So before you do something stupid make sure to check the surroundings especially when there’s a boat there

Weird thing is that after taking this surprise hit on the boat, you end up disoriented enough to pull on the bar and go into an upside down body drag.
Good to see that pros pay their dues too!

Dimitri, why didn't you loop the kite to get away from the boat? Wasn't it possible?
