Just bought an Apple Watch 4, hoping to connect it to my PIQ Robot.
Although the robot synchs to my iPhone, it does not to my Apple watch.
I emailed PIQ customer support many times but they don't help. They answered once, telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app (which I did) but since then, nothing.
Anyone could help, here?
Thanks

Same problem here. I’ve reset the Robit (7 quick taps on the on/off button) and checked I’ve got the latest firmware
If you’ve managed to pair the phone to your PIQ please tell me how!

No I did not and PIQ customer service doesn't even reply anymore. They just give you a "service call number" and you won't hear from them anymore.
