Duotone PIQ sensor failure

Postby flying grandpa » Fri Jan 04, 2019 10:58 pm

I loaded PIQ sensor for 3 hours and tried to switch it on pressing the button for up to 20s.
Didnt get any response.

Do you have any advice/experience in that matter.

Would like to finally know real hight of my jumps and cannot manage to switch on the sensor to log in😩.

Something similar happened to me. After two hours of messing with it I think that the battery pack has died.

I contacted PIQ support and they were super helpful. It is in France at the moment getting repaired.

Not in my case. I’m afraid my vacation come to an end before they send me back an advice/solution to PIQ problem.
Are there any kiters experienced with PIQ?

Maybe you did software update to duotone piq version ? I hVe still old newest of North piq and dont want to upgrade to duotone piq version as i didnt like cold blue app graphics colors of duotone piq. The Yellow color background was perfect in North piq.

Thank you a99, but it was posible to do nothing, as the PIQ dod’t react to the switch button.
The product is under the name of Duotone, so probably has Duotone seftware.
