Material backplate is mande from a composite one the standard version and with carbon fiber on X, thus X is lighter. I've tried both in a shop, almost same feeling. Ended up getting the X coz the owner gave me a nice discount, the difference wasnt to big, otherwise would be happy with the standard majestic. Anyway awesome harness!

you would deffinitely feel the difference on the water, espacially in overpowered conditions

I don't think the difference is better or worse. The X is stiffer, some like that, others not so much. Just different.

Sorry, bad english. I mean that I have ended up getting the majestic x because the disconut, as the price difference wasn’t big after the discount. One thing to mention: ive got a M size, but now i think that a S with a larger spread bar could have been a better choice. Mine slides up like any other harness... i wonder if would be different with the S size.

Hey when you are trying the majestic x also give the ride engine harnesses a go. I went with the prime model because I really liked the lumbar lock thingy, that they have but I am no freestyle rider yet. Just felt better having that little curve build into the harness. Some like it some don't. I did! If you spent that much it is probably worth a comparison. Sam Light uses ride engine for freestyle so they should work well!

The Majestic X will feel better in overpowered conditions as it's stiffer mate.

Hi, I‘m between M and S. I wear trousers 29/30 inch. Belly pretty similar. Looking at wearing the harness with and without impact vest. What size would you recommend? Bar size? Thank you
