Handyman as forum name? Or something similar naming approach for all DIY building projects - forum for capable person for building stuff?

Since you need a dictionary to look it up no one will understand it instantly.
You need to see the name and immediately know what it is...many non English native speaker on this site too.

since we used the word "Builder" on both forums before, it makes sense to keep that word. People who used it in the past will immediately know what it is.

And since boards, masts, bars, kites etc all are "Gear", I think "Gear Builder" is the best name, and it is also short.

Please note, that it will vanish as sub forum of "Hydrofoil" and get its own forum.

I will move all topics from "Hydrofoil Builder" into "Board Builders" and than rename it to "Gear Builders".

It will also be changed in the new "Choose forum" dropdown.

Then for the ones staying noticed, make sure to book mark or subscribe to it to get all the latest postings around building gear.

Stay tuned on here, I will announce the merge once done.
