Make them aware of the danger.
Then at least you tried...and if they die one day you did your job...can’t stop real stupidity and ignorance.
Already did...people dont care...rescue boat tell them already too..people are stupid sometimes and thats the reason i Hope at least they change foil with pump ..only for safety issue if i stay close to beach foil kite not a problem

Ok, at least you tried. All you can do. At the end it’s their life and their decision.

Ram airs ARE aerodynamically inferior compared to inflatables.

---- Pumpy
FAKE NEWS AS ALWAYS, EVERY YEAR!
And yet ALL the competitive Kite Board Hydro Foil racers fly ONLY RAM air kites!
Therefore one could say Ram air kite are aerodynamically Superior to L E Is, up wind, down wind and speed performance as proof!
So again this year F U PUMPY!

I think nobody argue by the fact pro hydrofoiler use ram air..as well the snowkiter in backcountry...but for all' the rest a pump kite its for sure a better choice in safe and for improve the skills...thats why ozone and flysurfer still doing pump kite...if foil superior they Will stop already ..

That's not good business sense. You go where the market is. Why do you think luxury car makers are now making 4x4. I ride both foils and tubes...in less than 25 knts I'm happier in foils. Easier ride better upwind jump higher in lower winds. Bigger wind range...I can go on. But it's personal choice...you ride what is most comfortable for you and what you want to do.
And if you want to ride far out take radio and life preserver....you can even get mini flares as well. Your kite is not your life raft.

I have seen kitesurfer's at my local beach being so far out they could drop their kite irrespective of kite type and potentially not be noticed.
The need to be so far out is beyond me...
There is a wide range of mentalities with respect to IQ and conscientiousness represented within the human species. Put plainly, you are noticing the dumb ones. The real problem is that rules to keep the dumb ones safe primarily hinders the free expression of the smart ones. Personally, I feel that a few idiots paying with their lives (but not others lives), and the loss they place on their families, is worth the freedom to express oneself in a way anyone may seem fit.

The problem is 99% of the time in my spot but not only in mine, i see foil kiters ride far from the beach and in cold too..most of the people dont undestand the risk...thats why maybe a pump can help a bit more in Dangerous situation...i personally stay close as possible to the beach in winter
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!! understand that no inflatable kite should be trusted to save you "further out" than a foil kite. Leading edge bladders do explode, or leak to the point of uselessness when a valve delams, and lines also break along with CL's and leashes/safety lines. So you can wind up with luggage instead of a lifesaving self rescue sail, or nothing at all.
YOU ARE A SWIMMER FIRST!!!! and a kiteboarder/kitesurfer second.
DO NOT ASSUME YOU ARE SAFER WITH AN INFLATABLE AND GO OUT FURTHER THAN YOU CAN SWIM IN UNAIDED BY (without ) THE KITE, SURFBOARD OR LIFEJACKET!!!!

DO NOT ASSUME YOU ARE SAFER WITH AN INFLATABLE!!!! and go out further than you can swim in.
Well, practically, and statistically you're safer on water with inflatable. I saw few exploded/deflated LEIs and had it happen to me but if you do pinch strut valves you still have plenty of flotation in the kite.
It's a BS topic. Just like arguing why a race car is better/worse than an SUV but there are facts about each which you can't twist.
