I gotta ask: does anybody actually drink that stuff?
Been on several events where RB was a sponsor...RB for free, everyone drank it.
I remember back when I first started kiting, I thought Red Bull was a brand of vodka, b/c they were always mentioned together.
that's a good one

Another great day here, and in the final session from 17:00 to 18:30 it was nuking and about half the KOTA field was at Kitebeach and I and most everyone else came in to watch them instead of getting in the way. Kevin Langaree on Pivot 8m, Nick Jacobsen on North prototype 9m, Liam Whaley on Fone?, Mark Jacobs on what looked like a Switch prototype, a red kite probably 9m, Sam Light on Slingshot RPM 9m, and others I don't know, all throwing huge jumps. Yesterday I rode a while with Kevin and Nick, and one thing that really showed was how fast they approach the launch ramp wave, they really nail it hard. Kevin doing board offs and Nick doing backrolls. And Janek again, doing lots of spins and twists. Gijs Wassenaar and Lasse Walker were around yesterday, but I did not see them today (Lasse was helping an injured kiter yesterday too). I met Ruben Lenten two days ago but have yet to see Jesse Richman, Aaron Hadlow, or Lewis Crathern, and I don't know the others. No wind tomorrow here, but plenty east if you are willing to drive, then SEaster again on Sunday, but then a spell of NW till later next week, so unlikely to start the KOTA till then.

I asked Nick if Jesse was joining him at North, and he just gave a big smile.

Let us know what he is on once you see him.
Maybe that's why you didn't see him yet...he is waiting for his North protos

Can you share the link to that live wind meter? Cheers!

SEaster usually reaches this site at Rietvlei first, where the flatwater windsurfers play.
