Kiteforum KOTA meetup?
Seems quite a few Kiteforum regulars are in Cape Town. I wonder if anyone else would be up for meeting during the competition, for example, an hour before it starts at KiteBeach, perhaps near the southern end of the parking lot. Might start on Sunday!

Great Exal, although of course it might be all over by then. They are putting up the stands in the parking lot already, and preparing the locals for closure of Marine Drive.

So, KOTA is on for tomorrow, January 31, perhaps starting as early as noon, although I think they will wait a while. I am able to get there by around noon, so I propose that we meet near the round grey set of public lockers at the south end of the Kitebeach parking lot. They have a large white awning up there now in that little "amphitheatre" space, so just south of that. I'll be wearing a black BKA cap and a grey BKA t-shirt and red shorts. I'm hoping that Peter Frank and some of his Danish friends will join us, so you might get to meet one of the top Kiteforum contributors!
