I have a bunch of time off and i'm looking for a kite destination(s) for May-August. Most important, I want super strong wind. 25-35+ knots every day. Waves on surfboard is great but I mostly go for boosting on TT. Also, will be traveling alone so cool vibe, nightlife, easy to meet people is also important. Would be good to keep costs down, so prefer to not have to rent a car. I'm planning on Brazil after August, so not there! I've been thinking about North Madagascar but concerned it might be too quiet and secluded. Also considering Kenya around Mombasa - Nyali beach etc..... Any opinions on these spots or recommendations for others?

Not easy...Inthink you could be lucky in Greece.

Some islands have strong winds...and daily.

And I assume also some nightlife.

Without nightlife you may have a look at Colombia...very east part at the cape...they say they have 365 days of wind.
But I think during wind season Jan-Mar it nukes daily...outside that maybe 20-25.

I've been to Madagascar in August (Babaomby, honey-moon style, and near Sakalava). Wind was very, very strong (100% of days around or above 30kn), out-of-this-world place, but i'm afraid no nightlife and the likes.

Sri Lanka has an average of 18-20 knots almost every day during our Summer Season – May to October. But perhaps it's not the most lively place.
Mauritius is also an option June to September but the wind is not as consistently strong and on avg around 20knt
