Hi y'all we're been experiencing some serious seaweed here in south Florida and got me thinking about weed fins. I was curious if anyone knew if there's such thing as weed fins for kite/surfboards? windsurf have these but can't find anything on weed surf fins except for the windsurf fins.
Or does anyone have any possible idea(s) for an alternative? And please don't say ride a TT

I actually have 2 sets of quads for sale, one futures and one FCS:

You'd have to pay shipping which might be quite a bit. It's a good price though, quality G10 fins.

Search split keel fins.
I just ordered a set of FCS II in these because the sargassum seems to be soooooo widespread. Winter storms delayed me receiving them in time for vacation, so it’ll be a few months before I can test them.
I hope this is not new normal, but these fins should help.

Buy a cheap set of fins and bring a saw to the beach. Keep cutting them down until they don't catch. Yeah I know there's no such thing as a cheap set of fins but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Alaia/Paipo/Shinster type boards are super fun in flat and waves.

Must say I think it is VERY personal…
I hate finless riding, others like/love it.
Too small fins is a no go for me also, but too big even worse of course, on waveboards
Even in quite heavy seaweed I find the normal swept fins works great, but if a LOT of weed a 45 degree fin, not too small when swept, would work wonders indeed
Havent seen these either, but maybe some makes these?
Peter
