Having an online shop for parts directly for the head office and stock is really good.
All brands should have that, since you can’t ask distributors or shops to have all spare parts as mentioned above.
Thx to any brand that offers this service

I work for Bracklesham Boardriders, already highlighted twice in this thread (yet still to be contacted by the original poster?!?)
We keep the biggest parts stock of any retail shop in the world, often supplying other dealers when stocks at HQ run out. We have an online shop, clear parts diagrams and the shipping is free over £50, if you have paypal you can order through the express checkout and not even have to enter all your details - it does it automatically.
Not sure as a retailer what more could be provided to support a brand/sport!

I tried to get in touch with Duotone through their contact formula - no answer. I DM'ed Dan here in kiteforum - no answer. So frustrating if you need a spare part. I seriously consider switching kitebrand because this is very disappointing. Not sure what Duotone believes such behavior will do to their brand....

Try this email:
customerservice@duotonesports.com, maybe more luck they always answered my requests. They might have problems because of covid, hope dan is doing fine and isn't sick.

Never had any issues with Duotone or their dealer network. I use 4 of their UK dealers for kites, bars, spares, tuning. I don’t go direct to Duotone unless their online shop as that’s not their business model. They don’t hide it. We live in strange times; like the timing of this comment on a year old threat with eye catching heading.
What’s the spare you need?

Sorry... I replied to your email directly... I need to update my contact email here, it alerts my old email address so I didn't see your DM come in.
Not sure what happened with your contact through our website, I have been receiving other contact forms through it but will check with the tech guys.
