Thanks for all the tips.
I got it taped at the local Core shop. The guy there was super nice.
He also showed me part number 6, which is new centerlines, right?
The tape seemed well done, using isolation tape, but was gone after about 20 minutes on the water.
So I will talk to them about the new center lines tomorrow.

Yes what you refer as flag line : part number 6 = Sensor 2 S-Slide Safety Line
The other part number 6a = Sensor 2 S-Slide Depower Tube

When you replace it, check the bar inserts, some times after they wear, they can actually cause the problem, so for 4.99 or whatever your local cost is, they're worth replacing or the next one will wear even quicker.

Those are the metal inserts? I tried to look and feel inside, and it does not seem sharp.
I never changed the safety line.
Apparently you remove the cap of the stopper, pull the line through, and both the lower and upper knot are easy to see, so it should be really easy?
Changing the safety line also requires no trimming afterwards?
Could I use both the line that is PU-covered or Cores rope safety line?

Bar inserts need be there for smooth & safe operation of the PU tubes
If they are worn a lot replace as soon as you can.... and if missing...do not use the bar until you replace them
