Has anyone some experience with kitesurf in Sardinia, where is the best flat water spots? And is the wind any good in July?

I have been there in July.
Best winds should be in the southwest.
Sardegna is beautiful. Make sure to have a car and drive a bit around.
I covered 90% of all spots on here:

Have a great trip!

Love Sardinia.
For flat water I´m guessing Punta Trettu would be the best? Not exactly the most exciting part of the island, but the spot is nice when the wind is good. Might be quite crowded in July though. And because the wind is close to straight offshore it tends to become quite congested.
Off shore is not a problem though. It is shallow for many hundred meters if not more. So really no risk at disappearing into the "bay".

Punta Trettu, Porto Botte, San Piedro (Valledoria) and Stagno di Mistras are the best for flat water
