Depends on what you're doing with it. Dice is more explosive and has an agressive yank if you're doing megaloops. As you're still learning, either go with the Evo or stay with your Neo to have something a bit softer for learning loops. There's no real big need to switch from your Neo just yet at your skill level. Unless you have money to burn, then just buy a new Evo .

The 2020 Evo 7m is an amazing kite. Probably the best kite I have ever flown.
