is Woo the worst customer care company in the kite industry ?

Postby fzonatto » Sat Mar 02, 2019 12:46 pm

first I had a problem with the case that took 5 months to be replaced, now 30 days my woo went dead and is soooo difficult to get a reply from then,
Also noticed quiet some people complaining in their FB page and Instagram.

Sent messages on Instagram, facebook comment on their pictures message to CEO from, just nobody gives a shit about it.

If you are considering to buy one I Have the PIQ and Woo, I had a problem with PIQ the replaced and in 2 weeks I had a new one in Brasil yes woo have more users but just if I don't have a problem is fine

What is it with all these brand bashing posts lately?
Everyone can have a bad experience with a company, but no need to overreact and call it the worst in the industry.

I had an issue with my woo and had a replacement sent free of charge in just 2 weeks , very friendly support and great customer service.

I've most definatley had worse customer experiences before .

I actually like to read people’s reviews of gear and service.
Knowing that some specific products tend to break more often then others can help to avoid bad purchasing decisions and possibly save your life. For me it’s more useful than 80% of other stuff that is being posted.
That said I do feel that OP is overreacting a bit.
I don’t doubt his claims about timelines but that shitty coffin case (everyone knows it was bad design) should not have stopped you from woosting. There are plenty of work arounds like using a rubber band.. it sucks that your woo died but that put you at zero risk while on the water. Now that if your control bar malfunctions that could lead to troubles. :)
My woo 3 still going strong after about 100 sessions although occasionally it gets stuck in some weird mode for a few minutes. It also seems to read lower after the latest update. Maybe preparation of launch of woo4 :)

I cant understand why people dtill using woo - bad service, no direct display, boosted unreal heights. I using piq with direct display height, great service and real heights, good social app. Enjoy life and not move with masses :)

My experience with Woo Support - How would you judge this? I think its good to air these issues. That allows companies to understand issues and improve.

2nd Jan 2019
Hi, I have been using the Woo 3 since launch and notice one of my mount cases clip is loose and dislodges easily. I now have to check that it is in its slots so it locks properly. I don’t feel this is secure.

4th Jan 2019
Woo agree to provide replacement

4th Jan 2019
I advise I have 4 cases on four boards and request all be replaced

7th Jan 2019
Woo advise to enter personal details

18th Jan 2019
I ask how long will the shipping take

18th Jan 2019
Woo advises Shipping normally takes between 5-10 working days.

18th Jan 2019
Woo advise to get in touch in a week to see how it is progressing

21st Jan 2019
I advise I am managing the Woo case issue at the beach but fear I may lose my Woo

24th Jan 2019
Woo advise they are preparing the order for shipping

24th Jan 2019
Woo advise to check back in a couple of days for tracking details

27th Jan 2019
I ask how it is progressing

30th Jan 2019
Woo advise they do not have the replacement cases and will fulfil when they do

10th Feb 2019
I ask how the order is progressing

18th Feb 2019

Do you have anything useful to contribute to this topic? Or just can’t stop with your cheap personal shots? I think I explained my view. Why do you always contaminate this forum with irrelevant comments? Go back to kiting and have that “3600 plus one session”, man. We all know you are full of hot air. Chill
