Same here...working fine but readings do seem to be slightly lower...
just saw this...
One of the guys on a local forum asked customer support about the recent lower readings "issue" and got following response from woo:
"Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear of the situation. Sounds like your battery could use a recalibration to get it working again. Could you please turn your WOO and put it into record mode until the device dies? From there please return the device to the charger and it should be able to get all the way up to 100% from there it may be able to fix the possible misreads you see."

he then double-checked to make sure they understood that it's not about his battery, which appeared to work fine and seemed more to do with recent firmware, and got followup:

- "Unfortunately we can not go back to old firmware, my method ensure enough power is going to the essential components used to calculate the heights. if too little power is going to the correct components the reading may be off."

so something to try, I guess..
and from that guy's post it seems that their customer support is not quite dead. The new update has been around for about 2 weeks so their response time is quite good...
maybe it's different for replacement claims, go gfigure...

I've been trying to get a response from these guys now for 3 weeks and still nothing. Yes, their customer service is pretty pathetic. I've sent multiple e-mails regarding the issue and still no response. 3 weeks and counting.

Interesting read...seems like they havent figured it completely out! But its BS you cannot go back to previous firmware ofcourse...if thats really the case (not having back ups of old firmware) they are doing a really shitty job!

It took me nearly two months to have a first contact using support mail ... Have you tried to post directly on their FB page ?

get an apple watch and get all the jumps plus speed and session maps. and you can use your watch every day while your piq and woo sit collecting dust. :jump:
