Hi, which free ride kites are the most shoulder friendly; i.e. with the lightest bar pressure and shortest throw?

I have some shoulder issues from way too many years of swimming. I don't think the kite brand is the issue as the days of massive bar pressure differences are over. Instead, slight style adjustments might help more. Mostly after crashes, avoid the temptation to reach and grab the bar or a board that is floating away, and work on riding with a bit less power with better technique.

Perhaps try a seat harness, it may help a little.
