Well.........I track everything like you are saying, but basically split it between 2 devices (because they were individual presents at different times).

Running/Gym/Cycling (anything not in the water) - Fitbit Blaze I think (it was pretty cheap, basic watch, tracks steps, sleep patterns all of that. interfaces with myfitnesspal to balance out calorie intake)

Rip Curl SearchGPS (everything in the water) - this thing is durable, 3 years of 200+ sessions/year, kiting, surfing, SUP, you name it. Tracks it all and is easy to use.

Does the ripcurl thing measure jumps or just GPS track you?

And why no Apple?

My Apple watch does everything you desire in a perfect way, super strong and 50m waterresistant...
Do know that 50m water resistant only means it can be taken into the water but they do not even advice to jump in a pool (let alone jump with a kite):

"50 Metres
Can be submerged in water. Suitable for swimming, but not guaranteed to be resistant to jumping into the pool."

only from ATM10 (100m) they say you can surf with it.

From ATM20 they advice to dive (not even scuba)

Jup i know but thank you anyway, till so far '' suitable for swimming '' has been sufficient

There is no such thing as measure jumps built into a watch...

Erm...yes there is! Apple Watch does it via the Sessions app. Probably not accurate, on the low side vs Woo which is way on the high side, but a bit of fun nonetheless. Apart from long runs on a foil board I’m not sure I really see the point of GPS tracking a kitesurf session - just a load of overlapping squiggly lines...

Erm...I know the sessions app but it is not even worth mentioning, crap!
A simple app cannot suddenly turn your watch into a Woo-like device...

Whereas the Woo is super accurate....

...and in any case doesn’t do GPS tracking.

I am not a big fan of Apple either, however I’ve got an Apple watch 2 as a gift, that I’ve been using it for about a year for everything: kite, surf, swimming, gym etc. Does the trick
If i was going to buy I would favor Suunto.
