2. stand upright , hold your arm to the side bend the arm at the ellbow , let the lower part of the arm hang down , your thumb is now facing your body - turn it backwards as far as possible and than straighten the arm ....you will feel the strech ....than bend an strighten back and forth ...
Thanks! Do you mean that I turn my thumb backward (basically from wrist) or turn back the hand as far as I can and in either case then straighten by arm from elbow and then again bend it from elbow, please?

turn the right thumb so it would draw a counterclock circle and the left a clockwise circle ...best if you do both arms simultanous...I don´t know but when I do each arm individually I don´t feel the strech as strong as when I am doing both at the same time ...you basically look like a T when streched and in the begining position you arms just bent at the ellbow ....hope you understand ...I try you find a video ...just play around a bit you will feel the strech ....

the pain comes from the nerv running thouhg the missaligned part and the "pumped" up muscle ...

Bicep tendonitis physio exercises are pretty much the same exercises that you get for rotator cuff injuries (lateral pull aparts etc). If you google the exercises for rotator cuff rehabilitation (start with the lightest loads) then you are moving in the right direction.

I got to disagree with your user-name ; there was , (Plenty2seehere) in
your post, and i Thanked you for it !!! :thumb: :D

I thought my kiting AND hang-gliding season was done, before it started ; but
i followed your recommendation and Googled :
" rotator cuff rehab exercises/Videos"
and a month later it looks like i can get back in the water and air -----
It's Working !!!!

I've had plenty of dry-lake kiting and PG , along with Hang gliding, in the
past 4 years ; but almost No water kiting . I get (2) brand-new shinny legs
with knee braces next Wednesday , and plan to go kiteboarding the first
part of June.

I screwed-Up my rotor cuff by shooting my brothers S&W .500 , about 18 times
(it's a 50cal hand gun, with a 4" barrel)
and it just kept getting worst to the point where i couldn't turn the
steering wheel on my Van.

Don't hold the bar deathgrip style. Super heavy bar pressure turning ? Put it in the bin. RICE

.I have had it so bad that the squeeking in my arm is super loud - other people can hear it. It hurts.... cant even pick up a pencil sometimes.

It does get better though.

Glad to hear you got some positive results. Worth keeping some of the exercises up for a while even if you feel better as a preventative measure. Even as a relative youngster (born in the 70s) I still need to add some of the exercises into my prehab routine to avoid tweaking the muscle again.
