For gear that needs to stay for months deployed in the sea, I use Copaslip or Loctite antiseize heavy duty. It works very well, and both are cheaper than Tefgel. I use those mostly in treaded connections of underwater cables. Need to confirm if is suitable for aluminum, but most likely yes.
