The first simple step to release :
Take both hands off the bar immediately !!..........No more death grip please !!!!!
Go reach immediately for the QR using both hands or one hand
Push away or Twist away
Just do it fast !!
Every 1/2 seconds counts
The wind don't care about you and will always overpower you
Outsmart the wind and the obstacles downwind
Know immediately the signs of danger
And if danger to your life still remains immediately detach yourself completely from the kite by releasing the leash
