try yoga...loose weight ... exercise often.. i m 45 ... lower spine broken disc I1-O5..Started Brazilian jiu jitsu and yoga a year and a half before.NEVER been better..lost 8 kilos and gain mobility...i m kiting like a 20 yo kid now...Been skater for 40 years ... snowboarder for 30 and a kiter for 20...think positive
