Kiteboarding can be hard on the forearms, low back, neck, and as we just learned, can cause eye strain!
Kiteforuming uses too many important muscles !!! We're scr***d !!

I have been injecting oil into my muscles for a while now and there is no doubt it improved my foiling.

Haha yeah, don't even need to start your day without doing it
I try to do 201 every morning
, unless I feel really down and out. Took me 6 days to get to 200 reps and another 20 days until I didn't have to fight my mind to do it in the morning. After I am done with that I do the vacuum exercise while making coffee/beeing in the shower. Crazy how much difference it makes to do those crunches every morning. Good results after 3 weeks, worth a try but wasn't easy to make it a habit.

the legs. So normal wetsuits (made for classic surfers) are not made for kiters. As most wetsuit-legs are 4 mm thick and the arms 3 mm. So I always overheat my legs and freeze my arms !!!

The most important muscles are the ones that make you smile. They gets lots of use when I kite.
