I still find it very awkward that Naish is the only manufacturer now that offers a non switchable double stroke pump.
Contemplated that the kites should be pumped with more than 10psi I wonder how a light person like a small lady should be able to pump up the kite properly?
But obviously Naish bought a shipload of these low-grade pumps and still did not run out of them....

Glad to see the Octopus is history now.
Get a cheap itiwit sup pump from decathlon sports. £20 and way better than all the brands kite pumps. No effort at all, has double to single pump switch as well and a decent high pressure gauge better than most kite pumps. Makes very light work on kites.

Oh that looks super sweet. Getting pumped here. haha.
It that a pic of the inflation system? Does it work well? Is it compatible with normal pumps?
Better it is compatible with the cheap decathlon sup pumps at 20 quid and they blow it up in seconds and way easier than a kite pump! Bandits been using that system for last two years and it is awesome with an itiwit sup pump! Better pressure gages fitted on them too :-)
Yeah, it is a really nice system. I have Naish kites but borrowed a friends Fone while on a trip. Let's hope that eventually more brands will jump on the wagon making this the most common system replacing the Boston valve. Since it's already the standard on Isups the selection of pumps increases.

So a friend of mine that's been kicking around new Pivots mentioned Real's review of the new 2020 Pivot. Most interestingly, specifically saying the kite has redone the wingtips making them larger, and making the kite more freestyle oriented. That's a significant change that would certainly garner some attention.
It's odd that any wingtip modification hasn't been mentioned by Naish on their website, Kiteboarding.com's review, and any other industry insiders here or otherwise.....

Does the 2020 Pivot have a "static bridle platform" (pulley-less bridle)?

I used it the 2020 the other day and its actually a really nice system. With a pump the adapter makes it insanely easy. I also used an air compressor and found it easier to use the adapter with the compressor as just compressing air into it was more difficult than it looked.

Consider it 'Real Fake News', they mislead with the 2019 RPM kite sizing too.

Has anyone found that their valve adapter doesn’t actually lock into the valve?

It appears the rubber seal on mine is too thick.

Just watched the real video and those wingtips are definitely changed ... Will be interesting to see how all the 2018/19 version guys will like it.
