It’s year 2025 - Best wingsurfing comes with single point inflation. Other companies push revolutionary split strut wingsurfs.

Year 2027 - quick release is invented so wingsurfs are not tied to the riders wrists

- long arms vs. short arms wingsurfing. Arm extensions for lightwind

You might be onto something here that might make this work.
Maybe some telescopic carbon fibre sticks with quick connect pig tails. Or could it work even with some rope or lines.
Though that would make it difficult to control without some control device, so it probably would not work well.

If a harness is desired, why not just use the wing leash you see many use, and put it with the right length close to the wing COE so it is neutral
