In Naish Dash (same in Park) the front pigtails are actually set of many lines narrowing down to the knot. I rather wouldnt manipulate with that.
If I add extension lines there, it will do the work but if it is not a good quality line and it breaks during sess... you can imagine what happens next

Adjusting the bar should be first. Attach all your lines to a fixed point, fully power, lean back and sheet in. You should now have significant pressure on all lines. Before even looking at the kite, making sure your lines are perfect is important.
Once you do this, then you can adjust with pigtails. You can shorten the backlines under the bar end. If that is not enough, adding pigtails to the center lines is the way to go. Good luck and report back. Remember that the Dash looks like the torch in the air. On full power, it looks like the wingtips are being slightly pinched. If you pinch too much the kite will stall (all kites do) so make sure you adjust to find a balance.
