Postby richy-c » Fri Jun 07, 2019 10:47 pm

Hello im an experienced kiter looking to kite at Hayling this weekend but im confused on the launch areas. From info gathered on line there is an area i can launch without being a Kite club member but im unsure where this is? Does anyone know please?

Turn Left at the roundabout by Funland amusement park. The free beach is the first carpark on your right. You should park the West corner of the carpark and launch to the west of the carpark on the beach. Lots of folk use the signpost on the beach to self launch and land, so keep that area clear. Keep out of the yellow bouy marked area infront of Funland, it is a open water swim area. Talk to the locals, they are friendly.
There is a toilet block and a coffee bus that does food.
