If I read it right it said good at loft, hangtime & upwind. So, they took the ‘drift’ out of the Rally and increased the other aspects? Or ?

Rally did the nasty with a REV ( look it up kids)

Are they replacing the Rally? If not, how is this differentiated from the Rally?

I like the idea of that. There were some flight characteristics with the Rally that I did not like. The Rev was more harsh. Could be just what I am looking for. Still, I have my eyes set on another MFG for my replacement kites.
