Let's see if this allows them to improve at a faster rate. And hopefully some day we can see more technical data available before purchasing a kite.

This is really great :thumb:
Eventually, a first manufacturer starts to collect tangible, meaningful operational data to actively steer development based on facts and not on feelings! Congrats! Hopefully, other brands will copy this.
However... they might lack the critical German Dr.-Ing. guys :bye:
Maybe, I switch back to Duotone one day ;-)

Vantage Kites is doing this with actual sensors on the kite itself. Duotone seems to be measuring kite feedback on the bar only. Not sure who was first though.

Best would be a combination of both offcourse.

I thing there is mention of some sensors at the kite.

https://www.wind-energ-sci.net/4/41/201 ... 1-2019.pdf

I find the force ratio of front to rear lines very interesting.

Imagine total force versus speed for different kite sizes. That might put the which kite is more powerful contest to bed.

It also wasn’t clear from the video but it is a fly by wire setup.
