The Teufelburger lines are awesome in terms of strength and wear/tear.
You gotta be kidding.

Also had bad experiences with north lines,
Core are great and lasted me two full seasons and around 200 maybe 250 sessions. Just fancying a change.
I have ordered a set of qpowerline pro and will use it with my core bar, should be an easy swap, these lines are stiff and should give nice feel on the bar.

Liros dc pro and the eurocord (new manufacturer) are I think at least on paper some of the best line sets.

Dyneema sk99

I ordered two sets from here.

I have a set of Q-power, (not pro) lines that i use mostly on the dry-lake bed , for
land kiting ; used then a minimum of once a month , (sometimes 8-10)
since 2007. That'a a LOT of sun, and gritty sharp lake-bed dirt Damage
for 12 years ; and they still look Great !!! I pull test each line every month
or so.
I think it's the sheath, around the lines ; that helps protect them ?

Alright I'll bite. Can you explain to me in which way they are superior to the SK99 from evan (infexion) or the Liros lines that have been posted?

Q power lasts longer as the outer tightly woven sheath resist abrasion better than a thick coating on normal woven lines.

Downside is that it can't be spliced and have the added thickness of the sheath. They are also a bit too stiff for my taste, making them harder to wind, unwind and walk out. In particular if they are older and get folding points in them.
At least, that is my experience with the RRD lines.
Also curious to see if the claim that they don't have a loss in strength when knotted holds true as even sleeved Dyneema sees a loss in strength when knotted. More so with SK99 as they are way thinner compared to SK75. Only way to sleeve SK99 and have a knot in the sleeve is to use a thick Dyneema sleeve. The widely used polyester sleeves fail due to the higher compression forces inside the knot.

Evan, do you know if someone makes sheathed kite lines with SK99 core? And I'm curious what is/should be the best Dyneema grade for the overbraiding yarn
