Yep if you fly a 10 m kite in very marginal winds like 4-5 knots at 12 and pull hard on the bar you MAY be able to stall it. I have both a roam and a flite And have flown them both in verrry light wind and I can confirm that they do not stall at all. I even tried stalling them and was not able to. In my xperience have never seen kites fly so easily, zero worry on that point, zilch ! I actually think it is a strong point of the aluula kites.

I have a 10m which I used to about 6 knots.
Did not have any issues parking the kite at 12 although I did not try to pull the frontlines for intentional front stall test.
I did need to downloop the kite when parking at the side of the window at this point. So it was at the edge of what it could do.

My other experiences:
I think that you will need at least 10 knots for deep water relaunch. Being still an absolute noob on the foil I would be hesitant to go out with less then 10 knots on my 10m.
An experienced rider on a big foil can probably fly it down to the 6-8 knot range. (75KG)

Also had a session on a twintip, was about 20 knots so a bit low for proper jumping but it’s quite a fun kite. Power delivery is very smooth an it feels as quick, if not quicker, as my 8m XR6.

Flew a demo 10 m Roam and it does not overfly at 12 o'clock, that video is bullshit.

I have never had the impression that that channel is not honest in their evaluation of kites.

If you look upwind not far from they are flying when the kite front-stalls, there are many tall leafy trees blocking the wind.

Once they are out on the water with a decent fetch ( unobstructed space upwind ) the kite flies great in very light wind.

Rode the 12m Aluula Flite overpowered at times yesterday. The rigidity of the airframe is what gets me so hyped. I could not have flown that overpowered with any other 12m and not had deformation and flapping. The Aluula did neither. While it isn't the best shape for the biggest jumps, I timed one gust right and had a big one. This is on flat water too. Granted, Woo's aren't perfectly accurate, but this one felt about what I would have guessed the height to be. 7th place on the day at 12m.

After another day on the 12m Flite Aluula I am convinced Dacron for LE and struts is on the way out. Within a few years every brand will have Aluula or a knock off type material on all but their price-point kites.

I was holding off my review - I've only got three sessions on it and none of them have been light wind. So, I'll just give some really quick observations based on the sessions I have on the 12m Roam Aluula.

I've flown it back to back on the first two sessions I had it to the last generation Roam (before I sold it), and it is superior in every single way. Of course, it should be, it's a newer kite and Aluula. How much better? Let's say this I was struggling to get upwind in the first session, the Aluula flies upwind. Loops are smoother and quicker, redirects on waves, drifting, everything is just better. The best example of this is my last session where I was kiting with a comparable rider, same 12m size (Duotone Neo), same weight, etc. He asks me how I was getting upwind so well......and frankly, it's the kite, nothing else changed. It just outpoints everything. It's quicker and tighter in the air, no fluffing, nothing, just rock solid. It may have just a bit more bar pressure.

So, that's been my biggest observation so far, and very very rigid. I haven't had a light wind day to foil, I'm sure I will that was the main thing I got it for. Let me know/PM me if you have any specific questions.

Is the 12m2 that quick, that you can do powered kiteloops and the kite is gonna catch you on the upstroke!?

...or is 10m2 still the maximum size for megaloops for an average rider?
