I would be really really grateful for any feedback to tweak before I print cut and sew.
Just make more designs, different ones. Then your designs will improve for sure. You can make this one simpler (less panels/ segments) and adjust canopy curve (which you already noticed isn't perfect yet). Dihedral curve is important because it makes handling of the wing easier.

Consider having less segments (in the wingtips), they just increase amount of work. In general Surfwing is primitive thing, there is no need to try to make it more complex than it has to be. Stiffness is probably the most important thing, and IMO your LE looks too thin at the wingtips. It may even buckle under load (there is no bridle support). So check out and estimate how thick LE strut is in commercial wings. In some projections SP shows LE strut deformed at the wingtips in your design, IDK if there is some real problem or not. Worth checking and playing with different options for the wingtip shape, some of them also look correct.
I am having a hard time adjusting the thickness on the wingtips without SP going all crazy... Any tips?

Wingstu thank you very much - your recommendation for sorting out the profile worked brilliantly - for me surfplan is a lot of trial and error, tweak a setting and see what happens - it is a slow way to learn.
Wouldn't the setting Profile depth (%) at chord (%) under Profile - Wingtips take care of that? And maybe No profile at wingtip = true.
Cant help you with your LE diameter conundrum yet - I`m trying to increase mine in the centre
Kite expert I like your advice re reducing the number of panels for such a simple device - got it down to 4 panels in the canopy and 10 in the LE

I have figured out the LE center diameter issue you have. It seems SP will allow LE thickness (Tube size) to maximum 20% of Center Chord.
Centre Chrod is set in Kite sizing and Tube size in Profile:
My problem is on the wingtips... When I try to thicken it it turns into an oval..

Could you provide some info as to how you got different number of segments in LE and panels in canopy? I think I need this

Be careful with the free version of surfplan and a segmented leading edge with high sweep back. It'll be
very difficult to sew the segment seams. Do some tests before you print all the plans and cut all the panels!
I described the "challenge" more in detail here:
viewtopic.php?p=845324#p845324
You could try to configure a segmented but straight leading edge and add a segmented wingtip like in the pic from Bill Hansen:
viewtopic.php?p=1064243#p1064243 but without the double strut.
That may work if you ignore the segment seam shape surfplan creates on the leading edge and join the segments with a manually created straight seam.

partly...
Be careful if you ride too close to an obstacle
Would be helpful to post a screenshot of the created pdf plan here (after fixing the wingtip issues)
