Anyone know what's happening with Axis kiteboarding? They are not answering on FB or email. The gear on their website is 2018 models.. nothing from 2019.
I was waiting for one of their 2019 boards but I'm getting the impression they are struggeling .. so have go get something else.

The website has always been a bit of a mess, and I don't think they've ever done the "next year's gear, this year" thing... I've always thought that was stupid naming convention.
The boss is either in the factory building stuff or out testing it at the moment so contact can be patchy.
There's a new web page just for foils:
https://axisfoils.com/
Otherwise, keep trying the FB messenger, that's where I usually get replies from.

Well, I was chatting with them autumn 2018 about the board I wanted and they told me to wait for the 2019 model as it would suit me better. They said it would be available for "spring 2019", then "march" and then Axis they just stopped answering. And their website is totally outdated..

I spoke to
https://live2kite.com/ about this.. impressively they got back to me straight away and had some real details about the availability / launch of the new model I'm considering.
Still amazed how so many in the kite industry, Axis in this case, just seem to be in their "own world" in terms of how they operate a business.. That's me being diplomatic

Yes Axis make some great gear.
I love Adrian’s boards, back since the underground days and still ride it to date.
Foils are amazing as well and they are doing really well on the surf foil front.
But their website and marketing ? Unfortunately lacking big time and I’m sure they could make a whole lot more money if they attended to that properly.
I’d love to see the new line of products, but where to find the info ?

I own 2 Axis twintips, 1 Axis Surf and 1 Axis foil they are all amazing products I love this company everything they do is great but the website as always been a mess so I don't think it means they are out of business. They spent a lot of efforts in developing new foils lately so I doubt they would just close the company but yeah they are not number one for customer service and product availability I placed an order for a mast in the spring and I am still waiting..

Pretty sure it's just Adrian doing everything at the moment... Literally a one-man band.
