Unless your looking for a cheaper better quality line.
Yeah I've been really disappointed with duotones lines. Especially when there is cheaper and better alternatives

After looking at kiteboardinglines.com it is quite interesting. They say for back lines 1.5mm 448 dan, frontlines 1.6mm 580 dan, safety 2mm 729 dan. That seems like high numbers compared to the diameters, right?

I know it sounds insane. I am always shocked at how much weight kite lines take.

That's not really what I meant. The german manufacturer liros is listing for the DC-Pro (SK 99) 1.55m 400 dan and for the DC (SK 75) 1.6mm 200 dan, 1.8mm 300 dan. And https://kiteboardinglines.com is saying that they are using liros lines from germany.

I have ordered the Sk99 pro lines from Slav, they should be with me today (as he made and posted them before he went on his long holiday last week)
Very thin 1.5mm front and rear lines, spec says 330 kg breaking strength, which for foiling should be just fine the 1.7mm are listed at 500kg, better for Ttip use I guess,
My sailing buddy has a set on his bar of the 1.5 SK99 pro lines, they really are light and use up very little room when wound onto his bar, when he questioned Slave about the strength slav said he knows of no problems or breakage using the 1.5mm pro, but may advise heavier riders on T tips to go sk99 1.7 pro.
for ttip use I use 600kg Q power line, a bit overkill and definitely not the best for use on hyper light foil kites, but for heavy use on a Ttip then great.

Just had my standard clickbar 2019 lines replaced with SK99 lines by Evan from Infexion. Bar was back in a few days. Lines where perfect in length and there was none of the “DIY look” that you get elsewhere.
