They used to be very active everywhere on the forum, youtube, etc... with great videos.
Not seeing new models as well coming like it used to be.
Any idea what is going on with them ?

I don't know why that's funny. If anything I have more respect for them choosing the best equipment for that particular aspect fo the sport. A small company is never going to make all the kites for every situation. I'm happy that they concentrate on a few kites and a few boards.

Thank you for asking. We are doing very well and very busy since I am a one man show that does everything for EPICKITES. I wish I could clone myself into 5 Dimitris but my wife would not like that
Any way to answer your question after 10 years, I realized these social media such as YOUTUBE/FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM/TWITER and VIMEO are the best tools to promote my company. You don't know how much feedback and sales we get from them, it's incredible. Even Hollywood got in touch with me few months ago and want to start a REALITY TV SHOW on "Dimitri's Epic Adventures", but that will be for another topic

So I rather put my 100% effort on these social medias that I mentioned above then using magazines or forums to promote my company. But since you asked we did released the (6G) kites 11-13 months ago (see pictures bellow) and they are almost sold out. We are expecting another shipment in 3 weeks. Also I don't release kites every 6 months like most of the other kite companies do because there is nothing you can improve in 6 months. But you can work and improving new things between (12 to 28 months). This is the reason why I always used the word "Generation" instead of "years".
Right now like Mr.nikalaitzian mentioned, we are working on a new model kite and it will come in 6.5/9.5/11.5m with one strut and very light so you can use it for Foiling in light winds. But our biggest seller right now is the RENEGADE model and then the SCREAMER model. We also have the JUNIOR PRO kite model which is designed for kids. We also have the SURF kite but not a lot of kiters are into pure wave riding so we make the SURF kite only on orders. We also have our new Golf Bags, and Traveler bags that just came out and not to forget our new Harness.
So as you can see we are very busy
And Mr.joriws. The reason you see me on OZONE foil kites foiling on my CAMET race board is so I can train my son as a race partner. Plus they are my son's kites and they are one of the best kites for foil racing plus, I have no intention on making foil kites because it is another headache that I rather not deal with it and spend my full attention on what I know best which is my inflatable kites.

There you have it. I'm not affiliated with Epic, and I'm not currently using Epic products, but I have to say I'm always impressed with Dimitri's personalized attention to customers and others in the industry. How many other kite manufacturing company owners would personally respond to a question on this forum with that level of detail? I am impressed.
