I hope they are doing well. From an outside perspective they look burried in work: social media links on the website are linking to wrong pages, most likely many apes writing hatefull e-mails that probably no one wants to answer and that translates to more hate on social media and support staff leaving the company, probably hard to get staff to deal with the day to day requests in general since kiting is a niche and not much money to be made especially since they are opperating out of the netherlands if I am not mistaken and you can make good money just considering how much pharma corps there are.

Yes its not a big business ...probably not Easy to pay All salary for people Who work there...and device price are going down plus so many broken device in warranty and plus the lack of reality test...im curious if they Will do a 4.0 device or close...

Unfortunately, I also do not expect a 4.0 anymore, pity.
They just don't have any cash flow at all, they should have made that app paid, I think everyone would participate and at least they will have constant income.

I was into the Woo when I first got it. Then there was a warranty issue with the little clip that closed the watertight case and I could not use if or almost 3 months while they sent me the new part. Because of a $0.10 piece of plastic not working correctly, they essentially lost me as a customer because I lost interest in that 3 month window. I have had the replacement case for at least 8 months and have not even bothered to put it on the board. Very sad really.

A company is a joke and will fail if they offer bad support on their products and especially if they have faulty products. Faltering companies are self-fulfilling prophecies.

We are swamped because of our bad products, we fail to support our customers because we are swamped, word gets around and there are fewer new customers which translates to less money to design good products or hire support techs, and the downward spiral continues.

I guess it can be very tough starting a new company and managing all aspects from development to market. The product is good enough to have some fun with and challenging yourself and mates despite some minor inaccuracies.....but I must admit the service could be a lot better. I have had some long waits between conversations with WOO around some of the issues but eventually they were all sorted. I hope they do well....it does not look easy in that sphere.

If you are selling just stock to get the last cash in, would you exchange any Woo for free ?

Doesn’t make sense.
If they still have stock to shift it might make sense because it would make them "look good" and help shift more stock.
