Truly thought we did our best for you by already sending you free new mount and a free new WOO device last year, even while you were unable to show us an original proof of purchase. Your original purchase (as we can only assume) took place in early 2018, which is more than 2 years ago. Our customer service is now looking at your last request that you sent us yesterday and we will notify you on that.
