I got answer from woo support. They won't send me new unit because it's over 1 year old. Actually the device was only 9 months old because the previous woo3 went broken also (it went also crazy, shut down randomly and blinked all the colors with no sense).

Sorry to hear that.
Truly thought we did our best for you by already sending you free new mount and a free new WOO device last year, even while you were unable to show us an original proof of purchase. Your original purchase (as we can only assume) took place in early 2018, which is more than 2 years ago. Our customer service is now looking at your last request that you sent us yesterday and we will notify you on that.

The woo update removed the spot map, that is wery unfortunately because it was great for finding popular travel kite destinations/spots.

The map was way better integrated and interesting when it was in the app.

Woo Pro is coming

The "Pro" mention is not a good sign for me.
I fear that we may have to pay for basic features that other App are doing for free (GPS...).

Hope it's not new hardware...they better back up all their claims of providing more functionality for WOO 3.0!

What happened so far for WOO 3.0:
- Promise a lot, deliver next to nothing
- They released a paid subscription which does add functionality that has nothing to do with the WOO itself (OK you can filter on weight :baby: )
- They released a new android app which limits the features instead of providing new ones
- Due to Aleks from this forum they now have a good working watch app (without him nothing here too)
- A lot of chat online about things to come...still the wait continues...

Be aware of SURFR. these guys will crush you if you can't deliver...

Lets be clear...I do have a WOO 3.0 and I do like it. What I don't like is the fake promisses they make. If you promise new features deliver them...don't go rook for months to come back saying you're backbetter then ever saying hardware will not change in foreseeable future and promise new functionality but not giving any hints whatsoever and then now oming up with what seems to be a new device...

I do like my WOO but buying a new device with all these loose claims again...NO THANKS

That's what I mean with above statement...I am happy to pay for new products but you will have to put the money where your mouth is and if you don't deliver on your promises I no longer buy into it.
