If you surf strapless in slop chop onshore winds and foiled in light winds, which quiver would you prefer?
1). 14 box; 11 & 9 Pivot
2). 14, 10, 8 All Boxers

Depending on your weight you could probably even use a 12m or 10m Boxer on the hydrofoil as your low-wind kite.

All Boxers. Pivot if adding some strapped jumps or TT riding into the mix.

Agree 100% I ride Both Pivot and Boxers....Pivot is a heavier more stable kite, great on TT and decent in the waves...Boxer is a feather, awesome for foiling and as good as Pivot in the waves IMO. Boxer relaunch is insane and it is actually a decent booster, but not great on gusty days or overpowered conditions, that's where the Pivot rules..

I ride 14m Boxer, 11/8 Pivot, 7/5 Slash. Mostly TT, started foiling ( with a surf foil), surfboard when it is really windy (otherwise no waves show up here)

The 11m Pivot works really well on the foil around 10 knots. German GleitenTV tested the 12 and was astonished how well it performed in around 8 knots although it is a heavier kite.

For the 14 I would definitely go with the Boxer. If you use the 11 or 10 in under 10 knots I would also get a Boxer. The small kite I would take a Pivot or a Slash.

Bigger ones I would go boxer unless you want to ride it TT.

For smaller I personally would go pivot. Now that said, the slash is a great foiler.

Could you do 14 boxer, 10 or 11 Pivot and 9 or 8 Slash? The slash is great in surf and works super well with a foil IMO. Last season 7 slash was my go to foiling kite and high wind wave kite.

Boxer.

I only pull my Pivots out for twin tips. Pivot collects dust.

agreed
(I ride both Boxer and Pivots)
I recommend Boxer for light wind and Pivots for stronger winds.

Boxer 8m is amazing in the waves and great for foiling.
Not stable when overpowered. It is thinly downside.
You don't need any bower bigger then 10m for foiling.

Boxer 8m pulls like a grunty 9m !
