Anyone have same problem..Only about 30 sessions and 1 year old..Ntt broke pad strap and the other foot is on the way too...

Nope,
Never happened, sorry. Using white, old NTTs for like 6 years.
But, the old model has a different "loop" for straps.

They just released the new ones, time to upgrade
(I have them too but used them very little and they didn't break yet)

Got them from Surfpirates.de last year Dan...Sent them an email and am waiting for their reply now..Ill let you know the outcome....Wonder is the new 2020 pad made the same...

I had the same problem with my Duotone Entity (NTT), lasting just a little bit more than 6 weeks. After that one of the straps broke during a jump a the same point you mentioned. On the other strap you could see the same kind of wear.
Duotone replaced it, but I will not buy them anymore. The old North NTT had also a problem with the strap not holding tight after some use and opening by themself in the water. They sold it unchanged for a couple of years...

Duotone replaced with 2019 model straps which have a more stiff plastic...Dono will they last but time will tell I suppose..

The new 2019 replacement are starting to show signs of hairline cracks in the same area again after little use....ENTITY STRAPS SUCK. Pretty expensive and so comfy but brake way too soon.
