Now does anyone know if this has been solved with the 2020 or 21 models?
They made the part that broke with 2019 models bigger on 2020s. A friend of mine also snapped his 2019 and received a replacement. Have not heard about the 2020s breaking. I have 2019 and 2020 straps and they both are still fine but don't get heavy use.

Let's see...got the exact same replacement! So I am affraid its a matter of time before they will break again! Guaranty is great btw...they are probably well aware of the issue!

Duotone NTT Entity bindings 2021.
After a month left binding broke: Replaced
One month later, I broke the left one and fixed with cable ties as I’m on holidays in a remote area.
Indeed new model 2021 did not improve at all, we aware.
Warranty will cover it but we need reliable gear, I’m thinking to mount Naish bindings, I have seen a few cases. Any feedback?

I had the same problem with the Slingshot Duelies. I kept breaking the plastic where it comes thru the bottom of the pads. I would get about 8 months on them but frustrating none the less.

My NTT's broke for the 3rd time this weekend. Same place like every other posts. I'll get new ones so my dealer's service is very good, but then I'll sell them right away, now i'm done with it because you just can't trust them.
The big problem with Duotone is that if they introduce bad products like there bar lines and these straps for example it takes years for them to fix it, an unbelievable customer unfriendly method. They put more money and effort into advertising and movies than making sure their products are worth their high prices.

That is true. That strap issue should have been fixed right away. Lines were not updated for way too long as well. The problem is I like their kites most

Cool!
They should at least include Duotone branded zip ties in the 2022 package
Have you considered Cabrinha H2O? They are similar to NAISH Apex and the plastic parts connecting to the pad seem much stronger than NTT, which need to be soft enough to be sewn through.

When were the lines fixed??? 2023? 2024? 2030?
If you think they're fixed now, you need to check the dial on your time machine - cause now ain't when you think it is!

They were, this model year. I do own them (the new ones) and like them but lines
were an issue for few years. And they should have been fixed way before 2021 model year. Same applies to NTT straps (which I also own and have already replaced under warranty ...). But that issue has not been fixed.
